Relocation to New Office

Montroll & Backus’ office moves to 135 College Street in Burlington.

Mark Oettinger

Mark Oettinger joins Montroll & Backus, P.C., following eight years as General Counsel of the Vermont Agency of Education, and previously partner in two different Burlington, VT firms for over 20 years. Mark travels to Lexington, KY, for a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Military Children’s Compact Commission (MIC3), of which Mark is Vermont Commissioner and Compliance Committee Chair.
