Mark Oettinger

Mark Oettinger attends quarterly meeting of the Vermont International Trade Alliance (VITA), a group of international trade service providers who support Vermonters engaged in import, export, inbound and outbound foreign investment, customs and immigration. Mark is a founding member of VITA, which has its roots in the Vermont Canada Trade Office from the 1980s. Mark also serves as Vermont’s Export Legal Assistance Network (ELAN) coordinator, offering free initial consultations on related topics.
