Mark Oettinger

Mark Oettinger presented to Vermont’s third ExporTech class on the topic of distributorship and agency agreements. He also attended a federal criminal practitioner’s luncheon and a meeting of the board of the Vermont Council on World Affairs. Also during the month of April, Bryan Branon began his three-month clerkship with Montroll & Backus. Bryan is a 2013 graduate of Cardozo Law School, and a native of Franklin County, VT, with particular expertise in the field of Dispute Resolution (mediation and arbitration).
