Mark Oettinger

Mark Oettinger co-designed and presented at a day-long seminar, sponsored by the Vermont Bar Association, on Cross-Border Creditor Protection, Enforcement of Judgments and Arbitral Awards, and Bankruptcy. Mark is Chair of the Vermont Bar Association’s International Law Section. Mark also coordinated another Sunday afternoon pro bono legal clinic, the third in the series. Attendance has grown rapidly.
